Join us Wednesday June 27th, 2012 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm for our monthly CV-RAPS Program. This month we welcome Family & Marriage Therapist Carol Howard Wooten as to help us understand the technique of Storytelling for Healing. Carol Howard Wooten is a brain stem and cerebellar stroke survivor and is also the founder of Keeping Hope Alive, an organization which helps stroke survivors and their families reclaim whole and meaningful lives through small groups and storytelling classes.
“Storytelling is a healing art and groundbreaking work for stroke survivors and those who love us. Telling our stories helps us remember who we were, discover and shape who we are now, and reclaim our voices.”
– Carol Howard Wooten, MA, MFT
